Our Project Management Fundamentals Provides The Skills You Need
The Project Management Fundamentals course:
- Introduces project management theories and terms
- Familiarizes you with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®Guide)
- Develops your skills and techniques to be able to successfully manage projects on-time and on-budget
- Identifies techniques to use when studying for the CAPM® test
- Includes a simulated test to assess readiness for the CAPM® certification exam
Completion of this program augments participants’ professional credentials for current or future employers. Additionally, instructors leading this course provide students with the instruction, materials, and support necessary to prepare for the CAPM® examination. Successful completion of this course qualifies as the formal education requirement for the CAPM® examination and students will be awarded 77 PDUs by the Project Management Institute®.
Note, the cost of the exam is not included in the tuition for the course.
