Panelists

Nick Anthis

Nick is a Senior Cyber Instructor for UMBC Training Centers. Prior to Training Centers, Nick designed curriculum and taught Cybersecurity courses for the Department of Defense, and several other federal agencies. He is a Navy Veteran, having served for over 21 years, and advancing to the rank of Chief Petty Officer. In his service with the Navy, he was an exploit operator, performing cyber exploitation operations in support of counterintelligence and counterterrorism. After retiring, he developed the training pipeline and was the lead instructor for a DoD cyber exploitation course, and developed several analyst courses in support of these missions. He also developed and taught many of the DoD's Red Team, Blue Team, and Hunt Methodologies courses.



Leslie Kershaw

Leslie Kershaw is the Director of Staff of Space DELTA 6 (DEL 6), Space Operations Command, United States Space Force, Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. As Director of Staff, she leads the construction of the coordinating staff to support Delta 6’s nine squadrons and eight detachments/operating locations, across 13 geographically-separated locations, comprised of more than 1,000 active-duty military, Department of Defense civilian and contractor personnel enabling command and control (C2) operations for 11 Combatant Commands.



Dan Oldham

Dan Oldham is currently the President of Ardalyst Defense LLC based in Crofton MD. His team provides highly skilled subject matter experts to help government and commercial leadership with technology/process adoption and risk decision making. He is a 30 year retired Navy Master Chief, who has extensive operational and technical knowledge of Fleet, national, and allied Cyberspace operations.   He was recognized for his efforts in developing cyberspace personnel career paths as well as his significant leadership and mission impact across all aspects of Navy Cyberspace, Cryptologic and Information Warfare operations.  He provided Senior Enlisted guidance and support on multiple senior operational staffs at both the National and Theater levels of operations.  As a senior technical advisor he provided operational guidance on Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) capability design and employment for Navy capabilities and Joint requirements to meet U.S. Cyber Command operational needs.



Sharice Ruan

Sharice Ruan currently serves as the Marketing Director for Ardalyst Federal, a cybersecurity firm helping government and commercial organizations excel in the digital world. Here, she plays a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing initiatives and driving growth. Sharice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and several marketing certifications with diverse focuses. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Sharice has made her mark in various industries, including government, IT, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Her ability to identify opportunities where her creativity can drive meaningful change has been a driving force behind her success. Sharice is passionate about utilizing her skills in marketing strategy, web/print design, and developing customer-centric solutions to make a positive impact and drive results.
